While approaching, Karin explains that the Northern Hideout is a site for conducting horrific human experiments. She also explains, that as a person with abnormal homicidal impulses, Jugo is the sole carrier of the enzyme necessary to create Orochimaru?s Curse Mark. Upon arriving, Sasuke and his team are attacked by a massive number of rampaging prisoners, however Sasuke and Suigetsu manage to suppress them. Once Sasuke is attacked by Jugo, he expresses that he only wishes to talk with him. In the meantime Naruto finds out that Sasuke has killed Orochimaru.
