Episode 16: The Jinchuriki’s secret

Kakashi’s and Guy’s teams both figure out that their battles with the doppelgängers were set-ups to delay them from coming to Gaara’s rescue. Granny Chiyo reveals that in attempts to control the power of the tailed beasts they were binded into human hosts called “Jinch?riki,” and that the human host dies when the beast is extracted — increasing the urgency of saving Gaara. Kankuro is awake and joins a meeting of the Sand council where we also learn some more history of the Sand. Both teams stop to rest since their battles have taken their tolls and in prepation for the battles to come. Akatsuki sends Zetsu to dispose of the doppelgängers bodies.

    Yeah, we’ve established that 99% percent of us know of the Suna siblings.

    I suppose it was easy enough to overlook, though, if you watched only the American version of the Chuunin exams. Kankurou does tell him he should listen to his big brother and Gaara replies that he doesn’t consider him his brother. But I guess you could (incorrectly) assume that he was speaking metaphorically or something.

    hey it says its unable to load try later. that stinks. :(. shippuden is better than first series of naruto. i wander if naruto and sakura fall in love at teh end of all this. i mean that there has to be some romance in this show.

    Honestly, what does a man have to do giving him the ability to get him some Naruto with no loading issues?
