Episode 24: The Third Kazekage

Sakura and Grandma Chiyo have to defeat "The Third Kazakage". Naruto and Kakashi are still following Deidara, and Team Guy fights their clones. Sakura remembers her training with Tsunade when she was taught to observe an enemies' weakness and dodge their attacks. With a final attack of the Third Kazekage's puppet, Sasori attempts to kill the seemingly helpless Sakura, only to discover at the last second that it was a ruse. Somehow immune to the effects of the poison, Sakura destroys his puppet with a single punch at the last second.

    she owned that puppet.
    i thought at the end she used a bunshin to make it look like that was her, and then dig her way up to sasori and cream him. but that was good too.

    hey on ani-naruto are u goin to get the Naruto Shippuden Movie cuz that would be great expecially when ur teasing us with scenes of it during the opeing song and ending song with the episodes so u shuld totally try and get it

    Great episode. I wonder, though, with Gai’s team, wouldn’t it make sense to switch enemies i.e. instead of taking on their own doppleganger, they take on someone else’s. It seems that when one is evenly matched, then the logical thing to do would be to switch it up to gain an advantage.

    It’ll be interesting to see how Sakura will do in the next episode.

    I just wish that Naruto was a bit more patient! Lol, that can get annoying after a while.

    yea yea sakura defeated the puppet but u guys r missing a really important factor….. earlier in the fight

    Chiyo: You musnt get hit… not even a scratch…..

    sakura was definetly scratched but still was imune enough to the poison to gather chakra into her hand and destroy the puppet…….

    u saw the effects of the poison on kankurou they immediatly took effect and he’s a jounin

    so wat makes sakura different from kankurou in a way that she wud still have strength enuff to keep fighting?????

    sry for multiple posts here ppl, but didnt it already reveal that sakura was connected to chiyos chakra strings? uh..also sakura drank the antidote too so the poisen doesnt affect her but otherwise i totally agree i mean come on kankurou pawns. T-T I wish they had a special show featurin akatsuki! XD now thats wat i call funny. ^w^

    !!!*~SPOILERS~*!!! sakura and chiyo beat sasori. team gai eventually beat their dopplebangers by themselfs. Kakashi uses his mangekyou sharingan and distracts daidara while naruto does a rasengan. everyone meets up and deidara uses one of his explosions and everyone runs away but kakashi moves deidaras body to another place or dimension (i forgot) using his mangekyou sharingan then chiyo dies cos she uses a forbidden medical technique on gaara to resurect him. kakashi was really injured using his mangekyou sharingan so he stays in hospital and team kakashi has a new leader and a new member. The leader is called yamato and the new member is called sai !!!*~SPOILERS~*!!!

    ra bka flex what makes sakura different from kankurou is that she took the antidote before she got hit by the poisined iron thingy. you will see what i mean in the next episode.

    It’s real hard to see, but the name on the grave if you look real close is Naruto’s. There was some talk that he dies in the 4th movie, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
