Yamato then explains that he is acting as Kakashi’s interim for the team, and that Sai is a part of it. Sai explains to Naruto that he was just gauging how strong his new team member was when he confronted him. He then angers Sakura by calling her a name as well. Jiraiya then appears in Kakashi’s window tells him that he is going to brief Yamato on Naruto. Sakura meets Tsunade before she sets off, and she asks Sakura to watch over Naruto. Danzou then arrives and asks Tsunade if she picked someone good enough to be captain of Sai’s team. Jiraiya explains to Yamato when Naruto’s emotions run wild, the Demon Fox’s Cloak engulfs him, and says he has only been close to death twice, when he was training Naruto and he had four tails, and when he was peeking on ladies.
