They didnt say he could never use it again, its just last resort kinda shit and if uve watched naruto from begining you know he always uses that shit first. Hey guys, im impressed with new rasengan, but i dont really understand why nobody uses supstitution anymore. Its extremely cheap (even sakura can spam it), and you learn it as an academy student. That way only Itachis genjutsu stays dangerous.
